Welcome to OPERA Business Intelligence (OBI)
Embedded within OPERA, OPERA Business Intelligence (OBI) provides complete, relevant business insight to users from all levels of the hotel infrastructure. Users can access OPERA property data for analysis through the OBI dashboard and perform ad hoc queries and view formatted reports. The data is presented in understandable, multidimensional graphical models and users can drill down for more detail. The information available in OBI is comprehensive, including past and future reservations, financial history, company and travel agent statistics, pace comparisons, and other areas of relevant importance for identifying trends and getting answers to business questions that affect the hotel's future.
Opera analytics obtains accurate and up-to-date OPERA data from within OPERA applications when the appropriate OBI application is activated. Sales and Catering Analytics is embedded in the OBI Enterprise (OBIEE) license yet also has its own version of BI analytics with a separate add-on license and single-version BI license is activated.
