Options and Restrictions for Reservations from External System to Opera
- All reservations from TLX have carry a property code and the External System's confirmation number.
- Multi leg reservations will not be supported in this interface.
- Share reservations will not be supported in this interface.
- Reservations created in external system can be modified or cancelled in Opera.
- Waitlist reservations will be accepted in Opera.
- Rate discounts will be accepted in Opera.
- Day-use reservations will be accepted in Opera.
- If the external system sends a change for a reservation that is cancelled in Opera, this change will be rejected.
- If the external system sends a change for a reservation that is no-showed in Opera, this change will be rejected.
- Once checked in, the reservation can no longer be changed by the external system unless the hotel explicitly chooses to apply the OXI parameter to allow changes to checked-in reservations apart from dates and room type.
- Accompanying guests will be accepted
OXI Parameters can be Applied to Manipulate the Data from TLX

Multiple Room Reservations from TLX
Following business rules will apply to multiple room reservations:
- The External System can send a multi-room reservation in one message.
- If more than one name is linked to the reservation, the names will create separate profiles in Opera.
- OXI will not split the reservations automatically.
OXI Defaults can be Applied to Substitute Data if Needed by TLX
OXI Defaults are accessed through OXI's Inteface Configuration>Interface Defaults.
