REQUEST Subject Area
This Subject Area (REQUEST) contains statistical information on availability requests summarized by Resort, Request Date and Hour, Arrival Date, Request Type, Source and Opera User. The REQUEST Subject Area is accessed through OBI>Answers.
When the REQUEST Subject Area is selected, the following columns are available to build reports in OBI.
To prepare for data collection for the REQUEST Subject Area, set up and activate the REQUEST_BI Cube in Opera. Access Configuration>Setup>Opera Business Intelligence Setup>REQUEST_BI.
