SFA Revenue Overview
The Revenue Overview screen provides functionality that summarizes company statistics for multiple properties and includes individual and group revenues.
Note: The REV_YEARVIEW screen is available only for ORS and ORS/SFA environments only.
Property. Choose the down arrow to bring up a list of values where one or more properties can be selected.
From Year. Select the beginning year to begin your search. Default is set to 3 years back.
To Year. Select the final year to end your search. Default is set to 2 years in the future.
Individual
Year. Displays the year.
Nights. Total number of nights that were booked by individuals for the year.
Room Revenue. Total revenue from rooms for the year.
Other Revenue. Total revenue from everything else than the rooms for the year.
Group Nights
Actual. Total number of nights booked for the year.
Deduct. Total number of nights deducted from the available inventory for the year. The statuses that should be included into the calculation for this number are defined in the Blocks>Revenue Overview Statuses application setting.
Group Room Revenue
Actual. Total revenue for actual rooms booked for the year.
Deduct. Total revenue from groups rooms deducted from the available inventory for the year. The statuses that should be included into the calculation for this number are defined in the Blocks>Revenue Overview Statuses application setting.
Total Bookings
Actual. Total number of room bookings for the year.
Deduct. Total room bookings deducted from the available inventory for the year. The statuses that should be included into the calculation for this number are defined in the Blocks>Revenue Overview Statuses application setting.
Highlight a year and select the Details button to display a break down of the selected years figures by property. The columns of this grid are the same as on the multiple year overview.
Highlight a property and select the Details button to display the Revenue Overview screen. It will display the information for the whole year for the selected property, broken down by group bookings by status and individual reservations.
