Messages for Guests in House and Due Arrivals (giarrmessage)

Note: We recommend printing this help topic with Landscape page orientation.

The Messages for Guests in House and Due Arrivals Report can be run during downtimes so messages can be relayed to all guests due in or in house. The user has the ability to filter on message status so they do not have to print messages that have already been received.

 

Message Status. Select the down arrow to choose a specific status of a message (Received, Not Received) to display in the report.

Button Functions

Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.

Print. select to print the report.

File. Select to save the report as a file.

Close. Select to exit the specific report
