Description.  Warn when a space is booked.

Property Determination. This parameter will cause a prompt to display a warning to the user when a user attempting to block a function space that is already booked as Non-Deduct or Deduct. For example, 'Function Space ROOM is booked by event# XXXX in Pro status." From here a user can either select OK to continue or Cancel.
