Permission Group. AR

Description. Permission to transfer full or partial invoice amount from one AR account to another AR account.

Internal Name. TRANSFER_AR_INVOICE

Application Used In. PMS

Path. Controls the availability of the Transfer button from two locations:

• AR>AR Maintenance> choose an account to display the AR Account Maintenance screen. Choose the Transfer button from the AR Account Posting Options.
• AR>Research to open the Transaction Research screen; highlight invoice and select the Transfer button.

Other Permissions. The TRANSFER AR POSTINGS permission controls the ability to transfer postings between accounts from one invoice to another. When granted, the Transfer button is available on the Invoice Details screen: AR>AR Maintenance> choose an account and select the Invoice button on the Account Maintenance screen.
