SFA Leads Configuration

The SFA Leads configuration options are used to set up sales lead handling for SFA. (SFA features are available when the OPF<version number> Opera SFA license is active. The Opera Xchange 2-way interface for SFA uses license code OPX_SFA. )

To access these options select System Configuration>Profiles>SFA/Leads.

• Turndown Reason - Define reasons the hotel would turn down business.
• Lead Source - Define the source of the business.
• Program - Identify special advertising programs that generate leads.
• Lead Display Setup - Set the options that will control what information is displayed on the Lead Reply form, depending on the lead status.
