Understanding the Guarantee Area of the Reservations Screen Area

The Guarantee area consists of three tabs that contain guarantee information.

The Credit Card Tab displays the following information:

Payment. The credit card type.

Number. The credit card number.

Exp. Date. The expiration date.

Name. The name on the credit card.

The Deposit tab displays the following information:

Comments. A description of the deposit rule.

Due Date. The deposit due date.

Due Amount. The amount of the deposit.

The Cancellation tab displays the following information:

Description. A description of the cancellation rule.

Cancel Date. The cancellation date.

Amount. The amount due if a cancellation is made.
