Description.  Create Rate Details as flat amounts per person or enter Rate Details as added values. When this parameter = 'N' Rate Detail configuration will be standard or entering flat amounts.  When this parameter = 'Y' Rate Detail configuration will be added values per person.

Internal Name. RATE_DETAIL_ADDED_VALUE

Property Determination. Rate detail amounts may be entered as flat amounts or as added amounts per person when this parameter is active. When active, you may set a flat amount for the first adult, then the incremental additional amounts for each added adult, up to five.  For children, the rate for the first child is a flat amount with incremental amounts for the second child, third child, and fourth child.
