ORS Yield Interface Communication

Opera ORS includes the ability to handle yield management either using the centrally connected TLPe or receiving yield information from the connected PMS system interfaced to a locally installed TLP. In either configuration, Opera ORS will check hurdles based on the connected yield system’s recommendation.

This communication using the Opera Yield Interface with OPUS 2 TopLine PROFIT (TLP) or TopLine PROFIT enterprise (TLPe) will be available with these Opera and Fidelio products:

• ORS
• Opera PMS
• Fidelio Version 6.20+ PMS

  Note: This is not available for Fidelio Version 7 PMS.

For OWS, GDS and ADS systems:

The GDS (Global distribution System), ADS (Alternate Distribution System) and OWS (Opera Web Suite), are only working with Yield information if they are seamlessly connected (checking for availability on-line from the ORS database) to ORS either direct or via a switch. ORS does not transfer any yield information to these systems.
