Rate Refresh Log Report (mass_rate_ref_log)

The Rate Refresh Log Report displays the set of reservations whose rate codes were updated in the ORS and PMS databases through the Mass Rate Update Utility (Utilities>ORS>Utilities Menu>Mass Rate Refresh) For more information on this utility, refer to Mass Rate Refresh.

Information about the set of reservations that were updated includes the reservation confirmation number, arrival date, reservation type, rate code, deposit rule, deposit paid, deposit required, and the date when the reservation was processed for the rate update.

Selection Criteria

 

Function Buttons

Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.

Print. Select to print the report.

File. Select to save the report as a file.

Close. Select to exit the specific report.
