Description.  When enabled, this parameter removes the Confirmation check box from RSEDIT form and places a check box on the Closing Script screen which automatically launches the confirmation form to enable users to send a confirmation to the selected parties. This check box on the Closing Script screen will be set to true by default when the parameter is activated.
