Description. Force a profile search before allowing for a new profile to be created.

Internal Name. FORCE_PROFILE_SEARCH_BEFORE_NEW_PROFILE_CREATION

Property Determination. This parameter will force a profile search within the Profile Search or Account Search forms before allowing a new profile to be created. The New button on these two forms is disabled until a profile search has been completed before it becomes available for use.
