Folio Tax - Style 02 (foliotax_02 with FOL1.FMX)

This report was developed to meet reporting requirements for properties located in Poland.
The intent is to display the breakdown of VAT Tax that was posted on each reservation for a specified date range. To save paper the report will print only those tax groups (1 to 10) that were actually used in the requested time frame.
The report selects from the following tables/views:
FOLIO_TAX
NUMBER_SCALE (this table has one column (n) and contains all numbers from 1 to 10000)
NAME_VIEW
From Date. Manually enter, or select the Calendar button to choose, the beginning date for the date range used in the results of the report.
To Date. Manually enter, or select the Calendar button to choose, the ending date for the date range used in the results of the report.
Status. Allows to select All, Not Void, or Void.
Folio Type. Allows to select 'All' or any of the folio types set up in folio$_type table for that resort. This option only shows when either Cashiering>Fiscal Folio Printing or Cashiering>Credit Bill application functions are set to Y.
Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.
Print. select to print the report.
File. Select to save the report as a file.
Close. Select to exit the specific report
