Description. Create and email folios for guest windows 1-8
Internal Name. FOLIO_EMAILING
Property Determination. Email folio at time of settlement. This setting determines whether the Email Folio check box appears on the Payment screen at the time of settlement, and if so, whether it is checked or unchecked by default.
Activation / Inactivation Rules. |
This setting is not available if Cashiering>Folio Copy Legend is set to Y. |
Available Values. |
Yes - Email Folio appears on Payment screen and is checked by default. No - Email Folio appears on Payment screen and is unchecked by default. Never - (Default) Email Folio check box is hidden on the Payment screen. |
