Folio Copy Legends

When the Cashiering>Folio Copy Legend application parameter is set to Y, the menu option of Configuration>Cashiering>Folio Copy Legends is made available. From here the user can configure the FOLIO COPY LEGEND text for various languages to be used on the folio based on the language associated with the guest's profile, assuming the General>Profile Language application function is set to Y.

By default, 11 different folio copy legends are provided in Opera. From the Original up to the 10th Copy of Invoice can be used and translated.

Code. Represents the Folio Copy Legend.

Description. Displays a description of what the Folio Copy Legend represents.

Edit a Folio Copy Legend

Code. Display only field showing the Folio Copy Legend code.

Description. Edit the description of the Folio Copy Legend code.

Globe Button. Select the Globe button to modify or enter a new language to translate the Folio Copy Legend to and display on the folio. The language that the Folio Copy Legend will be translated to on the folio is based on the language that is associated to the guest's profle.
