Description.  FIT Contract Functionality

Property Determination. Opera’s FIT Contract Functionality is the basis for several new features that enable SFA organizations to work with accounts in setting up centrally negotiated volume-rate contracts that cover individual stays at multiple properties in a chain. Similar to the way leads are handled, contracts may be sent to selected hotels which then bid on the business, taking into consideration local blackout dates, restrictions, etc. As part of the contract negotiation process, you may set rate discount percentages that apply to various production volume levels. For each contract, the number of room nights required to qualify for a given discount level is set both centrally for all properties in a chain and locally for each property.
