Configuration - Discount Reasons (cf_discountreasons)

Note: When printing this Report help topic, we recommend printing with Portrait page orientation.

This report is available when the Reservations>Reservation Discounts application function is set to Y.

The Configuration report for Discount Reasons will display all Discount Reasons that have been configured.  When either a discount amount or percentage is given on a reservation, the user must select a discount reason of why this discount was given.

Discount Reasons are configured in System Configuration- >Reservations->Codes->Discount Reasons.

Button Functions

Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.

Print. select to print the report.

File. Select to save the report as a file.

Close. Select to exit the specific report.
