Description.  Activate Block Traces Functionality

Property Determination. Do you want to have the ability to set internal messages, such as chasers, or follow-up reminders for a group block? These block traces are separate from Reservation Traces used by the Front Office and other departments. Block traces only appear when accessing block information and are usually used to remind sales managers to follow up on group billing or contract information.

Activation / Inactivation Rules.

Cannot inactive if there are existing Block Traces
